How can I place an order? |

Shopping Cart : ( View Snapshot) Once your selected products are added in your shopping cart, you can view price & quantity details and re-confirm the same.

Incase if you want to change quantity or remove products from the cart you need to click on ‘Update Cart ‘.
Once your cart is updated & you don’t want to make any further purchases, please proceed ahead by selecting your delivery city in India or Global. |

You are then taken to the Login page. Here you can either do one of the below: -If you are a registered member, please Enter your username and password to proceed further. -If you are an unregistered user please click on Register Now |

You now come on Billing & Shipping page on which you need to either enter or re-confirm Shipping Address. |

You will receive an online invoice confirming your order |

This will flash your product details, price & shipping rates if any. |

Can I send a card along with my gift? |

All gifts sent to the recipients are accompanied with a message card. The message provided by you while placing the order is printed on the message card, and sent along with the gift on your behalf.

How many days does it take to ship the product/s or gifts? |

- The shipping days varies from product to product.
- Shipping days of each product is mentioned in their respective product description.

Do you guarantee the delivery of the products on the preferred date? |

Answer:
Our goal is to ensure that delivery is done on the chosen day. We call this day the "Preferred Delivery Day". We understand that the gift should be delivered on the occasion or the delivery date and not a day later so we make sure that we meet the Preferred Delivery Day deadline.
- Please allow the minimum time required for processing the order as mentioned in the product description.
- Delivery shall be made on the 'preferred day', or a day earlier or later if it coincides with a festival day or a national holiday.
- Delivery shall be made in the course of the day, and deliveries at very early or late hours of the day shall not be made, except on a very few products as mentioned in their respective product description.
- All attempts will be made to deliver the product on the preferred date of delivery but the site will not be held liable if the delivery does not take place on the preferred date.
- Delivery during festival times will be made during the period as specified on the website and not necessarily on the preferred date as given by the customer

Do you deliver product/s or gifts on Sundays or Public Holidays? |

We DO NOT deliver gifts on Sundays or Public Holidays in India. Except for Flowers and Cakes which can be delivered on Sundays and holidays as a special request. You need to specify the same as a special request in the special instructions box on the order form page

What is Express Delivery Service? Which gifts can be sent within 24 hours? |

Answer:
There are certain products which can be delivered within 24 hours provided the next day is NOT a Sunday or Public Holiday.
Express Delivery is possible for the below Categories:
Fresh Flowers, Chocolates, Dry Fruits, Soft Toy Hampers & Fresh Fruit Basket.

Can I view my purchase history? |

You can view your purchase history under ‘My Account ‘option.
Please follow the below steps: (View Snapshot)
- Under My Account enter your username and password.
- Under Order Management , Click on View / Track Order
- You can view your purchase history in terms of Order number , Order details , Order status & Date on which the order was placed.

Can I change my account information like my password? |

Answer:
You can update or change your account information. Under ‘ My Account ‘ option you have ‘ Account Settings ‘ , here you can change , add or update your account information.
- Change My Password : You need to enter your existing email address and password. You then get the option to reset your password.
- Change My Billing Address : Under account setting you can change your billing address by re-entering your billing information.
- Change My Birthday : Under this you can alter your birthday information.
